Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend making an appointment so your wait time is short and a technician is ready for you when you arrive. Walk-ins may be accepted when our schedule allows, but priority is always given to scheduled appointments.
How quickly do you respond to emails?
We try to respond to emails by the next business day. For time-sensitive questions about same-day appointments, rescheduling, or urgent deadlines, please call the office directly.
Do you offer after-hours or mobile fingerprinting?
At this time we do not offer after-hours or mobile fingerprinting services. All services are performed at our Pasadena office during our posted business hours.
Can I text the office instead of calling?
